"If You Don't Confront the Serpent in Your Life Now
You Will Face a Bigger Dragon Later"

" . . . THE SERPENT BEGUILED ME, and I did eat". Eve trying to excuse herself, and blame someone else for surrendering to temptation, Genesis 3:13b KJV (Capitals are mine for emphasis)

"And THE DRAGON WAS WROTH WITH THE WOMAN, and WENT TO MAKE WAR WITH THE REMNANT OF HER SEED (children and offspring) . . . " Revelation 12:17a KJV (Capitals are mine for emphasis)

" . . . The young lion and THE DRAGON SHALT THOU TRAMPLE UNDER FEET". Psalm 91:13b KJV (Capitals are mine for emphasis)

THE "SERPENT OF GENESIS" WILL HAVE BECOME THE "DRAGON OF REVELATION"

The problems which we do not confront today we will have to face tomorrow. They will not automatically go away by themselves. The bad news is that they will grow bigger than they were before, and the battle to win a victory over them will be much more difficult. The "serpent of Genesis" will have become the "dragon of Revelation".

THE TRUTH IS THAT THEY WILL NOT DISAPPEAR ON THEIR OWN

Right now it is easier to ignore what seem to be little demons who try to harass and steer us off course. We may either think that they are just a small annoyance, or try to pretend that they do not exist. But, the truth is that they will not disappear on their own. For a time they may even go into hiding, making us think that they no longer exist, and "go underground", waiting for a more opportune time to attack. Sad to say, this is far from the truth of the matter.

THE TIME TO FACE THEM IS NOW

If we do not deal with them now, when we least expect it they will return with a vengeance. It may be anything from an overwhelming temptation to a bent toward dishonesty or a life-threatening addiction. Only we know what these devils are which endeavor to gain control in our lives, and distract us from our destiny. The time to face them is now. If not, the dwarf will evolve into a giant. The serpent which we could handle will grow into a dragon if action is not taken immediately.

SERPENTS ARE AN EASIER CHALLENGE THAN DRAGONS

No matter the size of the problems, we are exhorted by the Psalmist to trample them under our feet. The choice is ours. We must make a firm and unwavering decision. Who is in control? Is it Satan or us? Through the power of God and the anointing of the Holy Spirit we are "more than conquerors". We are above the problems, not beneath. Serpents are an easier challenge than dragons. Without further delay hook up with the greatest power in the universe, the authority of the Word coupled together with the name and blood of Jesus. Guarantee a better tomorrow by taking care of business today.
